I really like this place it's open 24 hours a day, the people are fantastic and always have a smile. The food it's pretty good for the price points it is a fast food Mexican restaurant so don't expect a high-end dining experience it's all about pushing it out the window and turning tables.

Here in Portland look no farther than Javier's tacos. The quality you get out of their food is by far the best. My wife and I stop Here in always get the breakfast burritos. The amount of food you get in them and the way alone is worth the price. You will not be disappointed whatsoever with whatever you get for food. The burrito in this picture is their ham and bean breakfast burrito in that is only half. They are heavy they are very filling I strongly recommend any of their burritos

Great portions and you can’t beat the price. Burritos and tortas a a coupe dollars cheaper than average and have bigger than average portions. Fast service at 2am. Atmosphere was great! If you aren’t used to being on this side of town you might feel uncomfortable at night but it’s fine, don’t worry.

Always good service really fast. My favorite green chili burrito in the city. Banda music always on point. Just never order the fries. It’s Mexican y’all

Wonderful for drunks and regular folks alike. Editing this old review with some updates. If you had a not great experience in the last few years, now is the time to head back to Javier's! Their food is better, it seems cleaner, brighter, and the staff is wonderful as always, but seem energized somehow. Their system has been upgraded and although there's still a bit of shouting through the pass, it seems more streamlined and food comes out faster now. You never minded waiting because you knew you were getting just the thing to put you right again. But it is nice to have your order faster. You can also now leave a tip on your credit card!

If you're wanting Mexican food at like 4am but not feeling TBell ... this place is open 24 hrs I believe. Good food huge portions reasonable prices. Usually 1 or 2 people in line, but it goes fast.

Good food, affordable. the space is old and can use a fix up but it's one of the few places in town where you can get a meal 24/7 and be surrounded with folks of all walks of life, something Portland need more of.

Great food! Love their adobada tacos soooo much and they haven't raised their prices like a lot of other places. They make a great menudo too.

Open late 24hrs 7 days a week great food for late nights and the price is good not over priced. Highly recommended

Good little shop for cheap burritos. Down side is the meats can be a little oily. They get your food out fast and hot! They have some very good desserts, their burritos are to go bananas over, and they have delicious horchata!
